In a move that can only be described as heavy, Seth MacFarlane purchased an exact replica of the time-traveling DeLorean from Back to the Future, TMZ is reporting. The creator of “Family Guy” and “American Dad” has put about $20,000 worth of customized equipment into the vehicle in order to match its onscreen counterpart. According to one insider who has seen the car up close, it is nothing short of “insane.”

Some people will say that MacFarlane is a real butthead, and that spending so much money is about as useful as a screen door on a battleship. But those people should make like a tree and get outta here.

Michael Moore sparked plenty of debate with his documentary Fahrenheit 9/11, a scathing indictment of the Bush administration and its role in the ongoing Iraq conflict and his much-touted war on terrorism.

Now hes shoving a match back into the powder keg for an untitled follow-up, which hes already hard at work on and plans to release next year. Even through the making of his latest documentary, healthcare examination Sicko, Moore has been talking about the subject of the now eight-year-old war, and released a book of soldiers letters to him about it. The new film will look at the fallout from the war.

Marvel have released a couple more stills from their upcoming Thor comic adaptation, as well as a triplet of character posters for the film.The movie stills concentrate on Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and love-interest Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), who become close when Thor is banished from Asgard to Earth.Meanwhile, the new posters show off Thor in his full battle regalia, evil brother Loki (Tom Hiddleston) and nemesis The Destroyer who lives up to that name in the films latest trailer.Check out all the new images below..
